Diplomatic kinda they are. Before paying the amount they all around you, aftet payment no one will listen you, you have to adjust whatever you have now. Exchange nhi karte, kitni bar b bol lo proper alter nhi karte. Agar aapne ache se check nhi kiya to sb aapki galati h bol k peeche ht jayenge.

Worst Experience I had with this store. Extremely rude staff and owner as well. Had ordered for two outfits in December 2018. I had ordered for Light green with silver work. But they gave me Dark green with golden work...And firstly refused to accept their mistake. When I showed them the picture that I luckily clicked at the time of order, then they had to accept their mistake. But the attitude towards that was again shocking. They were convincing us that this is the better color....were not at all apologetic. We had to take the outfit, since I don't have time to get a new outfit. Their attitude towards the customers is worst. and I was not satisfied with my second outfit too. Very bad experience I had.... would never buy from here again.

I also had worst experience I purchased a dress on 8th October and they kept it for alteration and gave the date 15th Oct. But didn't deliver and finally handed over on 22nd Oct. But neither dupatta was inside nor sleeves. When complained didn't accept mistake and also misbehaved Moreover they are not ready to give dupatta and sleeves I couldn't wear it in marriage But I won't sit quite whenever I will visit Rohtak I will tell them how to behave when I will tell the whole market and customers and visit with police Allover I say they are Chor Daku Dafar and badmash type of people whether they are staff or the owner Also it is sure that one day their shop would be finished and locked forever
